Shipping Policy

We provide Free Shipping with tracking to most countries worldwide. We operate a global canvas production network. This allows us to produce and deliver orders for FREE! Our production facilities are located in the UK, US, Canada & Australia which allows us to ship just as fast as we produce!
Shipping times around the globe vary by location. Here are our estimated delivery times:
- US, UK, Canada, Mexico & Australia: 10-14 business days
- EU: 10-16 business days
- Rest of the world: 15-20 business days
Please note, these include our production time and begins from the date of purchase.
We currently have partnered with many of the quickest delivery services available which include, but are not limited to: FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail & Australia Post.
Handling time
Our team works on your order as soon as it arrives in our system and with precision your order is ready to ship in 1-3 business days. Our shipping estimates above include our handling time but when things get a little busy, we ask for a little extra time to ensure you get the highest quality you deserve.
Change of address requests
To ensure that your order reaches you successfully, please ensure you provide us with the correct shipping address when placing your order.
We can't make guarantees but we can request to have your address changed if the request is sent to us within 24 hours after the order has been placed. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to your address or cease shipment. The only option then would be for you to speak with the shipping carrier directly using the tracking code provided.

Cancellation requests
We will try our best to accommodate your request and process a refund. In the event your order cannot be cancelled you are eligible to return it back to us at your expense for a full refund.
Refunds are issued back to your original method of payment and may take up to 10 business days to reflect back onto your account.

Tracking your order
Once an order is shipped you will receive an email or text message (depending on your checkout method) with tracking details. If you do not receive a confirmation within 7 business days of placing your order please contact us at info@kenshinapparel.com
Damaged deliveries
Accidents happen and in the rare case your order is delivered damaged or you notice a defect, let us know as soon as you receive your order and we'll replace it for you right away, free of charge!
The process is simple:
- Take a few clear photos showing the issues with the item, along with photos of the box it was shipped in.
- Contact us at info@kenshinapparel.com and please include the following
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The photos attached to the email
- A brief summary of the issue
Our team will respond back to your request within 24 hours.
Please note: If you use a forwarding shipping service to receive your order, we do not bare any responsibility for damaged or stolen goods that were deemed delivered in fair shape by our delivery partners
Lost shipments
If you haven't received your order or the tracking shows it is delivered, we ask you to contact the delivery partner first to receive an update. Shipping carriers can incorrectly mark deliveries as delivered and are the only ones able to complete the delivery even after the fact.
If your order is still not delivered after 48 hours of receiving a delivered notice please advise the carrier and contact us immediately to investigate. If your item is deemed lost, we will send a replacement.

Disclaimer
It is the customers responsibility to provide correct and concise shipping information during checkout. Failure to do so may result in a lost shipment. In the event a delivery is returned back to us, the sender, a restocking or reshipment fee will apply.
During the holiday season, our shipping estimates can be impacted. We ask that you please allow a few extra days for delivery. For orders relating to Christmas, we suggest placing them at least 3 weeks prior to Christmas Day.
